SEQUOYAH NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS 1 AND 2 - HYDROGEN DETECTION SYSTEM ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION - NCR EEB 79 FIRST INTERIM REPORT The subject deficiency was initially reported to NRC-0IE Inspector D. G. Hinckley on July 9, 1979, in accordance with 10 CFR 50.55(e).
Enclosed is our first interim report. We expect to submit our next report by September 18, 1979. An identical nonconformance ha's been reported on Watts Bar Nuclear Plant as NCR EEB 79-11.
