C. 20555 Re: Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Monthly Operating Report - January 2005 In accordance with the requirements of Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Technical Specification 6.9.1.5, and the guidance of Generic Letter 97-02, attached are the January 2005 Operating Data Reports and Summaries of Operating Experience for Turkey Point Units 3 and 4.

H -Other Summary Of Monthly Operating Experience Unit 3 had been shut down since December 28h, 2004, due to a cooling water leak in the Generator Exciter, resulting in an unplanned manual trip. Unit 3 returned to power January 7h, 2005 and remained at essentially 100% power until January 28*, 2005. On this date, Unit 3 was down-powered in order to clean grass from the condenser water boxes and tubes. The unit continued to operate at essentially 60% power through the end of the month.
