On August 6, 2005, power wvas reduced to 40% of rated power to perform scheduled turbine valve testing (TVT), materbox cleaning, and steam generator feedwater pump maintenance. The Unit returned to 100% power on August 8, 2005 and remained at essentially 100% power the remainder of the month.
