Pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 5 U.S.C. 522, as amended, the Nuclear Information and Resource Service requests the following documents regarding the Proposed No Significant Hurards Consideration Determination-(48 Fed. Reg. 45 862 October 7, 1983) on proposed amendments to operating licenses for Turkey Point Plant Units 3 and 4 (Dockets 50-250 & 50-251). Please consider the word " documents" to include reports, studies, test results, correspondence, memoranda and computer records. In your response, please Identify which documents correspond to which k requests below.

1. Provide all documents prepared, utiliced or relied upon for the Staff's proposed determination including both legal and technical analyses; and
2. Provide all documents produced or generated subsequent to the publication of the Federal Register notice including memoranda and correspondence regarding the " Request for Hearing and Petition for Leave to Intervi ew" (si c ) and " Comments" filed November 4, 1983 pursuant to the Federal Register notice by Joette Lorion and the Center for Nuclear Responsibility.

In our opinion, it is appropriate in this case for you to waive copying and search charges, pursuant to 5 U.S.C. 552 (a) (4) ( A)
