DRAFT REQUEST FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR VIRGIL C. SUMMER SECURITY PLANS REVISION 10 By letter dated August 28, 2013 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML13249A548), Entergy, (the licensee) submitted the Virgil C. Summer Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, and Safeguards Contingency Plan, Revision 10. The enclosure to the letter contained Safeguards Information and has been withheld from public disclosure. The Reactor Security Licensing Branch (RSLB) staff is currently reviewing the submittal to ensure compliance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Section 50.54(p)(2). The RSLB staff has determined that additional information is necessary to complete its review. Please issue the enclosed request for additional information (RAI) as publically available to the licensee.
