This letter refers to the violation cited in the subject inspection reports which state:

Administrative Procedure FNP-0-AP-51, " Instrumentation and Control Group Conduct of Operations," Section 9, requires the Instrument and Control Foreman to review all I&C surveillance tests performed on his shift for completeness hnd accuracy and so indicate by signing and dating the procedure.
