By letter dated November 26,19%, Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a Westinghouse Owners Group (WOG) technical report, WCAP-14750, for NRC Staff review and approval. SNC letters dated October 1,1997 and February 2,1999 responded to NRC Staffrequests for additional information. He attached documents provide the SNC responses to additional questions
. resulting from telephone conferences on March 16 and May 10 and 12,1999.
The attachments also include Westinghouse authorization letter CAW-99-1337 and accompanying affidavit, proprietary information notice, and copyright notice. As "Farley Nuclear Plant (V'estinghouse Owners Group) Responses to NRC Request for Additional Information (RAI #3) Related to YICAP-14750, 'RCS Flow Verification Using Elbow Taps at Westinghouse 3-Loop PWRs'" contains i nformation proprietary to Westinghouse Electric Corporation, it is supported by an aflidavit signed by Westinghouse, the owner of the information. He affidavit sets forth the basis on which the information may be withheld from public disclosure by the Conunission and addresses tne considerations listed in paragraph (b)(4) of
' 10 CFR Section 2.790. Correspondence with respect to the copyright or proprietary aspects of the items listed above or the supporting Westinghouse affidavit should reference lettet CAW-99-1337 and should be addressed to J. S. Galembush, Acting Manager of Regulatory and Licensing Engineering, Westinghouse Electric Company, P. O. Box 355, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15230-0355.
