The' Revision Insertion. 1 Instructions and Effective Page List contain the three errors identified- 1; below.- 1 l 1. The Revision ~ Insertion Instructions specify that p.'5.2-79 should~be. replaced. The Effective Page List also indict.tes

\ Attached-are replacements for pages 1 through 4 of the' Revision Insertion Instructions, pages y and vi of the Effective Page List for 4 Volume 23,.and page 5.2-79, Revision 6 (if required). These  ;

replacements' correct the errors discussed above and have no impact on

-previously submitted text, tables, or figures. In accordance with the '

FSAR Update submittal, an original and 10 copies are included. Copies are also being provided to the NRC Region II office and the NRC Resident Inspector.  !
