This information is incorrect _'since p. 5.2-79 did not change and a

In the Revision Insertion Instructions, the sequential listLof

Attached-are replacements for pages 1 through 4 of the' Revision Insertion Instructions, pages y and vi of the Effective Page List for 4

Volume 23,.and page 5.2-79, Revision 6 (if required). These replacements' correct the errors discussed above and have no impact on

-previously submitted text, tables, or figures.

In accordance with the FSAR Update submittal, an original and 10 copies are included.

Copies are also being provided to the NRC Region II office and the NRC Resident Inspector.
