- In accordance with the Unit I and Unit 2 Technical Specificabons, Sect.ons 6.9.1.8 and 6.9.1.9, the FNP Annual Radioactive Effluent Release Report for 1998 is hereby submitted. Changes to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual (ODCM) Revision 16,17, & 18 are also included in this submittal, in accordance with Unit I and Unit 2 Tecimical Specifwations Section 6.14.2.
