" Analysis of Capsule Z from the Alabama Power Company Joseph M. Farley Unit 2 i
Reactor Vessel Radiation Surveillance Program." This report presents the surveillance
' capsule test results from Capsule Z, which were used to evaluate the reactor vessel -
I material properties following 13.24 effective full power years (EFPY) of plant operation.
Based on the ~1M surveillance capsule test results, properties of tw reactor beltline materials remam more than adequate for continued safe plant operation These test results will be used in reviewing the Unit 2 Pressure Temperature Limits Report (PTLR) and, ifnecessary, a revision to the PTLR will be issued within one year from the date of this letter. Submittal of this report within one year is considered an NRC commitment.
