Farley Nuclear Plant Response to the Notice of Violation Cited In Report Numbers 60-348/90-19 and 50-364/90-19 Resulting from the July 11-13, 1990 NRC Inspection he attachment to this letter refers to the violation cited in the above referenced inspection reports and is being submitted in accordance with 10 CrR 2.201. It should be noted that the corrective steps that will be taken to avoid further violations were discussed with and agreed upon by the NRC Region II and NRR staff in a telecon on August 22, 1990.
