DRUG INVESTIGATION RESULTS IN ARRESTS BY THE FBI On November 18, 1987 the FBI arrested six individuals who are accused of drug distri-bution at the Peach Bottom Atomic Power Station and in the surrounding York County area. The indictment by a Federal Grand Jury sitting in Harrisburg charges all of the defendants with conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to' distribute methamphetamine. - Four licensee and two contractor employees were involved.
The NRC was informed of this action by the licensee and the U.S. Attorney's office has issued a press release.
The State of Maryland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania have been informed.
