Dear Sir or Madam:
In Reference 1 Waterford submitted an electronic copy of the Technical Requirements Manual (TRM) to the NRC to satisfy the submittal frequency required by TS. 6.16, which indicates that the TRM will be submitted at a frequency consistent with 10 CFR 50.71(e).
The files contained in the submittal did not meet the Document Control Desk's standard for electronic submittals.
The NRC requested that the files be corrected and resubmitted.
