RGSEandWestinghouse veresatisfied thatGinnadoesnothavethesameproblemasSalam;because(1)Salem'sproblemaffectedonlyoneRodclusterwhereGinna'saffectedthewholegroup,(2)Salemdidn'treceiveanurgontfailurealarm,(3)Salem'sproblemporsisted whileGinna'sProblemoccurredonlyonce,and(i)Salem'sproblemwastheSlaveCyclerDecoderCardwhereGinna'8problemisupstreaminthatlogic.OnJuly1,1993,thesupervisory LogicXIprintedCircuitCardwasreplacedandOperations successfully completed procedure PT-1(RodControlSystem)forprovingoperability ofallcontrolrods.
