By letter dated November 5, 1986, Duke Power Company transmitted NUREG-0588 EQ sunsaary sheets for specific Unit 2 equipment different from Unit 1.

During the Staff review of the qualification summaries it was noted that page 18e of Attachment 1 (Valve Solenoid Operators - Pressurizer PORV's -

Unit 2) contained a typographical egror. The radiation qualificgtion should have been listed as 2.0 X 10 R but was given as 0.2 X 10 R. The corrected page is attached.
