As discussed with Carl Stable and Dick Westman of your staff in a telephone conversation on December 11, 1985, enclosed is a copy of the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Standard Practice SQA-26, " Review, Reporting, and Feedback of Operating Experience Items." This submit;al is in response to the question by Mr. Westman regarding section L.16 of volume 2 of the TVA NPP and identifies those items that are included in the operating experience review program.
