Gentlemen:

We have today received your pleading entitled " Palmetto Alliance and Carolina Environmental Study Group Objections to December 1, 1982 Board Order and Motion for Reconsideration or in the Alternative for Certification," dated December 20, 1982. The copy that was served on us consists of six unnumbered pages. It appears that a portion of the pleading is missing.

The sentence which begins at the bottom of the second unnumbered page is not completed on the third unnumbered page. Moreover, it appears that the third unnumbered page treats a different subject from that addressed on the second unnumbered page.
