This will confirm my understanding of our telephone conversation of November 6, 1984 regarding your answers to Applicants' interrogatories on EPJ-3 for which the Conservation Council is lead intervenor. The interrogatories were filed on October 5, 1984, and responses were due on October 29, 1984. You indicated that you wished to discuss a schedule for responding to these interrogatories during the meeting among the parties set for November 13, 1984. You also agreed to waive objections to the timeliness of any motion to compel answers that Applicants may later be required to file.
