'n accordance with Part I, C(2) of the above referenced NPDES permit, duplicate copies of the monthly monitoring report for the month of March, 1991 are enclosed.

On_ March 21, 1991, overflow from a manway discharged into the Standby Nuclear Service Water Pond (SNSWP). As a result, the Fort Lawn District Office was notified and repairs were made to a clogged line. During the period of the overflow no raw sewage was seen entering the SNSWP.
