i On January 6, 1984, we provided you with a list of the documents -
which had been compiled for your review pursuant to our October, 1983 informal conference on discovery.
We have added the following documents to the compilation of documents available for your inspection, review and/or copying:
(1) Letter of April 22, 1983, from Dr. Susanna V. Duckworth of Winthrop College to Mr. Phillip Carter of Duke Power Company with attached memoranda and correspondencei (2) Memo from R. M. Glover to R. V. She.arin of January 4, 1984, regarding backup power for EBS stations;.and (3) Thirteen rnonth Outage History for Circuits Serving Emergency Broadcast Stations in the Catawba Plant Area.
These additional documents were made available to Mr. Michael Lowe of Palmetto Alliance and Mr. Phillip Rutledge of CESG, when they were in our General Office today to review 'other requested documents.
