I am attaching to this letter the Affidavits of David J. Abernethy, C. W.
Graves, Jr., and John C. Wolfmeyer.
It was not possible to furnish these on February 28.
I would also like to make one correction.
The title for J.

Elliott shown at pp. 42-43 should be changed to reflect job assignment at the time covered in the response.
Thus, please change Mr. Elliott's job title to:
Principal Engineer, Mechanical-Nuclear Division.
