Pursuant to the Board's Order dated September 1_, 1983 which confirmed the rulings announced during the August 31, 1983 conference call, I have enclosed the Construction Project Evaluation for Catawba Nuclear Station Units -1. and 2, September 27 - 0ctober_14, 1982. This is the self evaluation utilizing INP0 criteria.
I have also enclosed the revisions to procedures identified in Attachment B to my letter of July 26, 1983. The total number of copies is 1563.
