In accordance with my letter to Mr. Guild of November 1,1981, Duke has since that date been serving Palmetto
- Alliance, Carolina Environmental Study Group and its representatives with copies of documents filed with the NRC by Duke in this docket.
On October 28, 1985, the NRC notified the parties that the Commission has refused to review ALAB-813 (Duke Power Company, et al.
(Catawba Nuclear Station Units 1 and 2), ALAB-813, 22 NRC 59 (1985)). ALAB-813 became final agency action on October 25, 1985.
This completes the action of the NRC regarding the issues raised by Palmetto Alliance and Carolina Environmental Study Group on this docket. Therefore, Duke will no longer provide you, or your organization, with copies of documents filed with the NRC - except for legal documents - in this docket.
