Our letter of August 24, 1977, described a potential problem with regard to low lift-off force for certain containment tendons at Arkansas Nuclear One-Unit 1 (ANO-1). Our letter also noted a decrease in tensile strength of some wires withdrawn for testing and stated a review of these problems was underway. By letter dated November After 4,
