ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RECEIPT (TAC NO. L32016)

Dear Mr. Miller:

We have received your application to amend Certificate of Compliance GDP-2 transmitted by letter dated February 28,1997, by adding a definition of completion times in TSR 1.2,

" Definition of Terms," and by identifying a maximum interval between repetitive Limiting Condition for Operation (LCO) action completion times in TSR 1.6, " General Application."

Your request has been assigned TAC No. L32016. Please reference this number in any future correspondence associated with this request.

We have completed the initial administrative review of your application for amendment of your certificate. No omissions or deficiencies were identified, therefore, we have found it acceptable for formal review. Please note that the formal review may identify omissions in the submittal information or issues that require additional information.

Based on our administrative reviews and projection of current review schedules, we anticipate completing our review by April 25,1997. This date could change depending on the findings of our formal review, urgent assignments, or other factors. We will promptly communicate any significant changes to this schedule.
