This event is reported in accordance with Technical Specifications (1) 6.7.B.2.(a), in that the setpoints were less conservative than allowed by the Technical Specifications, and (2) 6.7.B.2.(b) in that the failures resulted in operation in a degraded mode per-mitted by a limiting condition of operation (Specification 3.5).
