Enclosed are three copies.
This event is reported in compliance with Technical Specification 6.7.B.l(c) in that it represents a suspected degradation of an air lock door seal in excess of the maximum leakage permitted by Technical Specification 4.4.A.5.c.            The other door remained fully operable and leak tight.
