On October 26, 1986, we notified you by your letter, logged TXX-6049, of a deficiency involving the possible adverso effect of the substitution of rectangular and over-sized preformed sections of thermolag on. conduit

installations which we deemed.to be reportable under the' provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). _This is an interim' report submitted to provide the status of

. our corrective actions. Our last interim report was. logged -TXX-6595,: dated July 29, 1987.

Our evaluation of support adequacy for this issue is now complete. Support additions / modifications are continuing as necessary and will be tracked through implementation and closure. Our. next report on this issue will be submitted no later than November 11, 1987.
