LaSalle Unit 1 XX Notification of an Unusual Event Marseilles, IL 61341 Alert Site Area Emergency Docket No: 50-373 General Emergency Not Applicable Subj:ct: INJURED WORKER At 1:30 p.m. (CST), February 19, 1986, a contractor employee suffered apparent back injuries and possible external contamination when he fell from a ladder in the Unit I drywell. The individual, who was wearing protective clothing at the time, was imobilized and transported by ambulance to St. Mary's Hospital in Streator, Illinois. He was accompanied to the h: spital by the licensee's rad-protection personnel.
Unit I has been in a maintenance and refueling outage since October 19, 1985.
