B0MB THREAT AGAINST INDIVIDUAL WORKER Georgia Power has informed Region II that the. telephone operator for a construction company on site received a telephoned threat at 2:05 p.m. (EDT) yesterday from an individual who said he would " blow up" a general carpentry laborer assigned to the turbine building area.
The caller, who identified himself -as a recently terminated worker, said he intended to take this action at an off-site convenience store in retaliation for having been identified as a drug user. The caller further said he brought gasoline and gunpowder on site on October 18, but that his intended victim failed to report to work that day.

convenience store. No bomb or gunpowder was found in either location.

Region II has informed the Information Assessment Team and the State of Georgia.
