Title:
MECHANICAL DISCIPLINE WALKDOWN INSTRUCTION PURPOSE The purpose of this addendum is to change the Checklist Type Code (DAP-4, Section 5.3) for Mechanical discipline walkdown checklists.
SCOPE Revise Section 5.3 of DAP-DI-M-00I (pg. 6) to read:
Each walkdown checklist shall have o unique title and document number.
The document number shall be assigned in accordance with Section 5.3 of DAP-4, except that the Checklist Type Code shall be CLW. The number-ing system shall be os follows:
DAP-CLW-M-YYY where YYY is the sequential number assigned by the Discipline Coordinator.
The use of this numbering system shall be retroactive to include previously completed walkdown checklists.
INSTRUCTION This addendum is effective upon ooproval and shall remain in effect until approval of the next revision of DAP-DI-M-001.
This addendum shall be securely attoched to each controlled copy of DAP-DI-M-001.
