CPP-017 Revision: 2 1

1. Add Reference 3.5 as follows:

"3.5 CPP-004, 'Proj ect Working Files. ' "

2. Revise the ftrat sentence in Section 5.3 to read:

"The QA/QC Records Administrator documents transmittals of

, approved PDRs (including their revisions) on uniquely numbered memorandums which include provision for the CPSES QC Coordinator to acknowledge receipt."

3. Revise the last paragraph in Section 5.3 to read:

_ "The QA/QC Records Administrator maintains PDRs, including memorandums that in effect, cancel PDRs issued previously, in the file marked XXX-7F."

4. Add Sections 5.4 and 5.5 as follows

"$.4 Revision t

Should a PDR be prepared that, in effect, will.

supersede any PDRs issued previously, or should it be necessary to make a change to a PDR that would alter O its finding or disposition, the cognizant individual prepares a new PDR which includes the necessary change (s), is identified by the next appropriate PDR number, and clearly denotes ' SUPERSEDES (PDR Number).'

In addition, the cognizant individual prepares a memorandum which is addressed to ' File' an' provides a reasonable explanation regarding the change. The memorandum notes the superseded and superseding PDR numbers. The memorandum, with the new PDR attached, is routed for review. The new PDR is reviewed, approved, distributed, and controlled the same as the one it supersedes.

, Otherwise, the cognizant individual shall make any

, innocuous changes to PDRs in accordance with Reference 3.5 and ensure that any previous recipients of the PDR are advised of its current status by distribution of the revised PDR in accordance with Section 5.3.

5.5 Cancellation '

Should there be documented evidence that, in effect, cancels a PDR issued previously, the cognizant l individual ensures that the recipients of those PDRs
