Revise "5.0 INSTRUCTION" to read as follows:
" Measurements shall be made using standard inspection tools. Attachment 6.2 provides a list of standard inspection tools and their corresponding codes. The inspector should record on the checklist (Attachment 6.1) the tool code for tools used in the inspection. Where tools have serial numbers or calibration due dates, these shall be recorded on the checklist.
The information is for possible future use and is not a requirement for these inspections."
