Change Notice 002 CPP-010 Revision:

Change Section 2.0, in part, to read:

"... purchased safety-related equipment and material as well as safety-related hardware...."

Add Reference 3.8 as follows:

"3.8 CPP-027, Reinspection / Documentation Review for Purchased Safety-Related Material and Equipment."

Change the footnote on pages 6, 9, 11, add 2 of Attachment 6.1 to read:

"* For ISAP VII.b.2, VII.b.3, and VII.c, this.may be accomplished upon transmittal of the Verification Package in accordance with Reference 3.4.

Also see Paragraph 5.3.1.

For ISAP VII.a.9 this will be accomplished upon the transmittal of the verification package in accordance with Reference 3.8."

Change the second^ paragraph in Section 5.1 to read:

" Inspectors shall identify the hardware associated with each s

(construction) deviation by attaching a tag in a conspicuous s

location."

Note: For ISAP VII.a.9, tags will be picced af ter the DR is validated in~accordance with Reference 3.8.
