Revise Note 5 to read:

The inspector should record the inspection tool code, on Attachment 6.14 for those tools used in the inspection. The information'is for possible future use and is not a requirement for these inspections.

The serial number and calibration due date of any torque wrench used for the inspection shall be recorded on Attachment 6.14 and is a requirement for these inspections.
