This is in response to your letter dated July 24, 1985, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act (F0IA), all records regarding tests done in the vicinity of the Oyster Creek nuclear power plant for radiation in air, soil or water, and the results of those tests.

On the enclosed Appendix A is a list of documents that are being placed in the NRC Public Document Room (PDR) located at 1717 H Street, NW, Washington, DC 20555, in file folder F01A-85-531 in your name.

On the enclosed Appendix B is a list of documents that are already in the PDR, and you can locate them by the accession numbers provided.

Inspection reports for Oyster Creek (50-219) for the period 1980 to present are also maintained in the PDR, and contain additional information which may be of interest to you. There is no charge for inspecting rec 4rds maintained at the PDR. We are enclosing a notice that provides charges and procedures for obtaining copies of records from the PDR.
