S 552, as amended), the Government Accountability Project (GAP) requests all information and agency records generated in connection with and/or pertaining to the following: ,

All notes, analyses, investigations, memoranda, recommendations, or any other records generated by the Of fice of Special Projects, Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation, Office of Administration and Resources Management, or any other NRC personnel or NRC contracted organization regarding the findings of the Comanche Peak Report Review Group (CPRRG/NUREG-1257).

The time frame for this request is from the completion of the CPRRG report to the present.

The information and records subject to this request will be used to inform and educate the public and concerned citiaens about the agency's activities regarding the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station and the NRC's Region IV office.

Freedom of Infomration Act Request June 9, 1988 Page Two GAP is a non-profit, public interest organization engaged in education, litigation, and other activities for the purpose of curbing waste, fraud, abuse, or illegal activities by government or private industry. GAP requests that all fees associated with this request should be waived because "disclosure of the information is in the public interest because it is likely to contribute significantly to public understanding of the operations or activities of the government and is not primarily in the commercial interest of the requester." 5 U.S.C. 5 551(a)(4)(A)(iii), as amended. In addition, GAP expects that the first 100 pages of duplicated information responsive to this request will be submitted to GAP without charge as provided by the FOIA, 5 U.S.C. S 552(a)(4)(A)(iv)(II).

GAP anticipates a complete or partial response to this request within 10 working days, as required by the FOIA.
