Please send me a copy of a completed report by the NRC's Office of Investigations regarding testing of fasteners installed at Comanche Peak nuclear power plant near Glen Rose. The report is dated Oct. 4, 1988 and was prepared by Brooks Griffin, formerly of the NRC's OI staff.
As you know, the FOI Act provides that if portions of a document are exempt from release, the remainder must be segregated and disclosed.
Therefore, I will expect you to send me all non-exempt portions of the records which I have requested, and ask that you justify any r
deletions by reference to specific exemptions to the FOI Act. I reserve the right to appeal your deciclon to withhold materials.
