Dear Mr. Stello,
This is an appeal pursuant to subsection a(6) of the Freedom of Information Act as amended (5 U.S.C.
552), of the actual denial of the Commission to release documents requested on September 16, 1987, by the Government Accountability Project, regarding a September 2, 1987 les er to R.F. Warnick to W.G.
Counsil regarding the inspection conducted by Mr. I Barns and other inspectors in the Comance Peak Project Division during June 5,
1987 through July 7, 1987 of activities authorized by NRC construction permits CPPR-126 & CPPR-127 for,the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Units 1 & 2 and to discuss the findings with W. G. Counsil and others at the end of the inspection.
