- EXAMINATIONS This refers to the meeting conducted in the Region IV office on December 22,1997. This meeting related to review of the licensee's pla. 3 for preparation of the February 1998 cperator license retake written examination as well as future examinatior s. We have concluded that this meeting was beneficial, and we now have a better understanding of how you intend to prepare examinations which mee' examination standards.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter will be placed in the NRC's Public Document Room.
