' REACTOR COOLANT PUMP WIRING SDAR: CP-88-07 (SUPPLEMENTAL REPORT)

Gentlemen:

On January 11, 1988, we notified you by our letter logged TXX-88066 of a l deficiency involving reactor coolant pump wiring which we deemed reportable i under the provisions of 10CFR50.55(e). Our latest report on this issue, logged TXX-88276, was submitted March 25, 1988. This supplemental report is l submitted to provide the status of corrective actions implementeci to date.

i In TXX-88276, we indicated that isolation devices would be installed in both trains of Class 1E circuits and that the cable would be re-routed as non-Class 1E beyor.d the isolation devices. We further indicated that corrective actions for Unit I were scheduled for completion by June 18, 1988, and Unit 2 corrective actions would be completed by Unit 2 fuel load.

Currently, all required Design Change Authorizations for the above modifications have been issued. Imolementation of these modifications has been rescheduled for completion by September 13, 1988, for Unit 1 and by fuel load for Unit 2.
