The purpose of this letter is to submit a revision to Technical Specification i Change Request (TSCR) No. 223. Page 6-11a, section 6.8.4.b.(3), as submitted via letter C311-95-2071 does not include a reference to 10CFR20.1302, which is included in NUREG 1430 Revision 1, dated 4/7/95. The revised page incorporates the reference to 10CFR20.1302 per the staff s request via conference call on l August. 16, 1995. Please replace page 6-11a with the revised replacement page i in the TSCR package.
Also, in our letter C311-95-2071 we requested that the amendment authorizing this change become effective within 60 days of issuance to allow time for implementation of affected procedure changes. Based on current procedure change workload, it is requested that this change become effective within 120 days of issuance. ;
Pursuant to 10CRF50.91(a)(1), the proposed change to the THI-1 Technical
.w- 's Specifications has been distributed as specified by 10CRF50.4. The significant hazards consideration determination enclosed with TSCR No. 223 has not been affected by the revised attached page and is appropriate as originally i submitted.
