5. Provides radiochemical input to the Radicchemical Analysis Coordinator as directed.
6. Assists, as needed, for the offsite analysis of reactor coolant.

l 3. Upon reporting to the EOF, checks out communications equipment to ensure it is functioning properly.

4. Removes telephone sets stored in Rocm 2 from cabinet and places them at predesignated work locations throughout the ECF building. Ensures the telephones are operational when phone lines have been activated by Northwestern Bell.

l l 5. Provides for emergency repairs to the OPPD microwave, UHF radio, Centrex, PABX systems and telephones.

6. Provides Instructions to members of the recovery organization on the capabilities and operation of the two conference networks if required.

7. Disconnect and remove telephone set on ext. 4831 in Room 9 and disable ringers on telephones in Rooms 12 and 14 on ext. 4831 and 4832.
8. Telephones in Rooms 4 and'11 must be changed from normal (Training Dept.) lines to emergency lines. To do this, perform the following steps:
a. Forward extension 4415 in Room 4 to extension 4476 by dialing 106, 4476, let ring 2 times,
b. Remove bridging clips for 4415 and 4503 from main frame block 3H in Room 2 of EOF.
c. Install bridging clips on 4848 and 4853.
d. Check telephones to verify procedure has been done correctly.
9. Requests additional assistance from the Communications Support Coordinator as nedded.

7. Responsible for locating required 35 mm micorfiln aperture cards, containing reduced copies of plant drawings, and processing them through the Xerox printer for members of the Recovery Organization as needed.
8. Transmits message by FAX as directed.
9. Maintains log entries as directed.
10. Obtains clerical supplies as needed for EOF functions.

5. Answers all incoming calls for members of the Recovery Crganization when f they do not answer their telephones, takes messages or pages the party being called.
