Final Report !
On December 5, 1984 a problem with the Lube Oil System of Diesel Generator "A" was reported as Potentially Reportable Deficiency No. 132. Further evaluation of the previously described condition indicates this condition is not considered reportable pursuant to the requirement of 10CFR50.55(e).
EVALUATION CIWA's 83D308 and 83D684 are not reportable because the water in the oil was caused by a maintenance error which was immediately detected during a test run by a safety related differential pressure device and corrective action was taken through normal maintenance activities.
CIWA 83A966 is not reportable because the Airpac unit does not affect the diesel generator in the emergency mode.
