RE: E CA!TRA TRANSCRIPT and MOTIONS FOR SUMPARY DISFWITION

Dear Administrative Judges:

Pursuant to Board Order of July 26, 1982 CBG provides the following requested informations (1) CBG is aware of no sensitive security information revealed during the in camera portions of the recent prehearing conference and therefore is or the view that the transcript should not be withheld from public disclosure.

As CBG obtains its copies of prehearing conference transcripts from the local public document roem, CBG is not now in possession of the transcript of the il camera session.

(CBC, therefore, requests that it be advised, whether or not the transcript portion in question is released for public disclosure, how it may obtain said transcri;t portion.)

However, discussion with the CBG representatives present during the session indicate it is their unanimous opinion that nothing that transpired therein need be protected from public disclosure.

(2) It is CBG's intention to move for partial summary disposition as to Contentions XIII and XVII.
