Enclosed please find CBG's Response and Objections to Proposed Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Iaw by Applicant and Staff.

Please note, in addition, a typographical error CBG's proposed findings. On page 36, paragraph 106, the sentence should read, "It is a fundamental accounting error to not allocate fired costs." Likewise on page 43, it should read, "Moreover, CBG's accountant uncontrovertedly established that it is a fundamental accounting error to not allocate fixed costs on the tasis of usage."
