Accordingly, please find enclosed " University's Answer to CBG's Petition for Hearing and Leave to Intervene" in that proceeding. CBG's petition includes a request that action on the petition be deferred. (It would have been preferable if that unusual request had been made in a separate motion.) University's Answer responds to the request to defer a ruling and to the petition for intervention.
