At the close ef the last set of inherent enfety hearings, CBG rude a motion tnat retuttal testirony at the upcoming Noventer 29 hearing be taken, at Icast in part, en a rousitable insis, in keeping with the Corr.ission's lay 20, 1901 Statement of Policy on Conduct of Licencir4 Iroceedings (paracrapn !). Because certain arraneements would have to te rade soon, CIG requests an early ruling on that notien.

As C20 will not be able to obtain the transcript of the last hearing from the ?ublic Document Boon for some time yet, we also request clarification of the schedule ordered during the last day of the last session.
