REACTOR DECOMMISSIONING PLAN Th's letter is in response to your letter to me dated September 14, 1988, concerning the decomiissioning review of the reactor facility at UCLA. You expressed concern at the length of time it was taking for NRC to review the UCLA plan.
I have asked my staff to give this matter prompt attention, commensurate with our other safety review priorities.
