Woodhead and Mr. Cormier As per the Board's April 7,1983, Order, pre-filed testimony for the upcoming inherent safety hearings is to be in the parties' hands on June 15.
If you intend to express mail your testimony, please do so to me at the above Ben lomond address, ascertaining in advance whether next day delivery can be guaranteed from your location. The rest of the service list can be served by regular mail, but we expect to be in, receipt of your testimony by the 15th at the above Ben Lomond address.
We are displeased that the University did not comply with the Board's directive to file statements of professional qualifications in the time specified and, in fact, has not as of this date filed such qualifications for all of its intended witnesses. We expect the remaining qualifications to be immediately provided, and will tolerate no similar delay in the receipt of the prefiled testimony.
Iastly, we remind you of the Staff promise to endeavor to file its testimony (prior to June 15, and the Board's request that UCLA try to do so as well.
